Obviously every house move is different and therefore putting an exact price on it is very difficult. The following prices are a guide and are based on a residential house move within 20 miles of Luton. Prices are for 2 men, if you are willing to help with loading and only require 1 person then the price can be reduced substantially. An exact price can be given when all information has been provided.
Coverage
- 2 BED HOUSE - 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 3 seater sofa and arm chair, fridge, washing machine, cooker, 30 medium boxes, dining table & 4 chairs. £150 - £250
- 3/4 BED HOUSE - An extra bed, wardrobe, 6 chairs, kitchen table, 30 medium boxes. £200 - £300
- For a light move where you have just one or two large items & the rest in boxes or bags. £75 - £125
- If you would prefer an hourly rate this will be £25p/h for 1 Man + van or £45p/h for 2 Men + van
- These prices are based on the assumption that everything will be packed and ready to load straight onto the vehicles. if you require assistance preparing please ask.
- We can arrange a home visit to advise on what is necessary and provide a detailed quote.
- Where there is multiple stairways and awkward access then there will be a slight increase in price.
